Description:
Joined in a session, then I upload a file, again I clicked on plus icon for
file uploading, this time I clicked on start upload button without selecting
file, it returns internal error message.
It should disable this button if file is not selected and should raise proper
error message on clicking this button like "Please select file" if file is not
selected.
