Audio+Video doesn't work together
Steps:
0) set up secured OM+Kurento+Coturn
0.1) close all ports except for 443 and coturn
1) enter any room from Win10+Chrome latest
2) start audio
Result: audio is translated to the room
3) start video
Result: video is not being translated to the room (sometimes audio is also not
translated)
All works without FW
