I think this is postgres related only.
After backup/import (here 4.0.8 -> 4.0.9) association between folder and the
files in the folder is broken.
During update id of a folder in table om_file changes while parent_item_id
stays the same.
I had this also after the last update from 3.0.7 to 4.0.8, but I thought this
was caused by the huge update step... :(
