------------------------------------------------

Hello [~Roger_Waldrip],

for security reasons the password of currently logged in user is being checked
when user with admin rights is created and edited.

So if you login with user `admin` and password `12345`
And you are creating or editing another user `coadmin`
you need to verify this is you add new user (not someone who uses your computer
while you cooking a coffee ...)

> Unable to enter or change passwords

> Project: Openmeetings
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Admin
> Affects Versions: 5.0.0-M3
> Environment: Ubuntu, running Openmeeting v5.0.0.m3 in a docker.
> Reporter: Roger Waldrip
> Assignee: Maxim Solodovnik
> Priority: Blocker
>
> I had this problem in ver 4.0.4 and just gave up and quit messing with
> OpenMetings.  But I came back and revisited it to find I am having the same
> problem.
>
> When I try to add a new user, or change the Admin password, a pop up box
> opens wanting to "Check Password".  I have tried entering in the password
> that I am trying to change, thinking it might be wanting to verify it, which
> doesn't work and I try entering in the admin password, which also doesn't
> work.
>
> Thanks in advance.
