Okay, so my configuration is as follows:
* OM runs on Ubuntu 14.04.
* KMS in a Docker Container on the same host as OM.
* TURN-Server also in a Docker Container on the same host as OM.
The Clients are Mixed Windows/Mac. Also, the browsers, Safari/Chromium/Firefox.
It can happen after 10 minutes, sometimes after 5. There is no real pattern.
