[~p_daehn], [~stonerl] please do the following:
# get build #3082 from
https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/OpenMeetings/job/openmeetings/
# set up at your server
#* you can use internal H2 DB and quick setup to keep your original DB safe
#* OR (only if you already have *fresh* M4 SNAPSHOT installed you can use same
DB
# start OM
# login
# open browser JS console (I'm using F12 for this)
# enter any room and start video
# grep all messages of type *warning* staring with {{!!RTCPeerConnection state
changed}}
# post them here in the order they appear
