Resolution: Information Provided
You need to
# create user at KMS docker container with {{user id}} similar to the user of
your local system (here is an example:
https://github.com/openmeetings/openmeetings-docker/blob/master/scripts/om_euser.sh#L16)
# (OR maybe) create local user with the ID being used in KMS container
I see no other options
