Well, i tried changing tomcat3 script to:
sudo -u nobody ${CATALINA_HOME}/bin/startup.sh
...and get this error:

Using CATALINA_HOME: /opt/open504

/opt/open504/bin/bootstrap.jar:/opt/open504/bin/tomcat-juli.jar
touch: cannot touch '/opt/open504/logs/catalina.out': Permission denied
/opt/open504/bin/catalina.sh: 484: /opt/open504/bin/catalina.sh: cannot create
/opt/open504/logs/catalina.out: Permission denied
...when open504 is root:root or nobody or kurento.
