1. Entry 781 (My rooms) is translated correctly, but it seems that this
label in the profile screen is not in the language pack all together.
2. labels should be all on the right side of the screen and then input
fields (the first three input fields are correct), however, family name
(اسم العائله) is shifted to the left by some space, and all labels
afterwords are on the left side of the input field, which is wrong. It
should look like the attached.

4. NEW: can we apply the language of time zones as well?
