logs to {{catalina.out}} are incomplete (this file tend to grow unlimited, so
OM log to this file is turned off)
you don't have {{DEBUG}} logs due to your {{openmeetings.log}} file was created
by root, and OM unable to add lines to it (most probably)
{{OM_DATA_FOLDER}} == {{$OM_HOME/webapps/openmeetings/data}} by default but can
be overwritten, so by default this is the same folder :)
