Thanks a lot for the video!
the situation is much more clear now :)
You are waiting for dashboard to load, then click "upload image", then you get
dialog asking if you allowing to display Notifications in browser
for whatever reason Safari can't display 2 system dialogs at the same time
so it displays Notifications permission dialog and not File dialog
to avoid this the user can click _anywhere_ at dashboard or any other screen
(not "upload image" button)
the same Notifications permission dialog will pop-up and there will be no
problem :)
