When posting a message in the global chat with user1 that is only member of
group1, and then logging in with user2 that is only member of group2 then you
should not see user1 messages in the group chat. (Global chat is the chat on
the dashboard)
This is not consistent to other parts of OpenMeetings. User1 and user2 are not
be able to search/find each other when searching for users when using other
parts of OpenMeetings (Private messages, Calendar, other parts of OpenMeetings)
Otherwise you can't separated groups. Via the global chat you can add users
across groups that should not see each other.
