Save button is hidden in case appointment from other user was opened
Steps:
# As user A create an appointment, invite user B
# As user B open calendar
# Open appointment created at step 1.
# Click Cancel
# Click any date to create new appointment
Actual result: there is no Save button
Expected result: Save button should be visible
