omsip_user not registering. Not sure when this happened. Could be when I
upgraded to 7.2.0. When the moderator enters a conference the sip agent
enters but omsip_user does not register. I believe this is the user asterisk
looks at to see if the moderator has entered the conference room. omsip_user
is not register using ws. I could use someting like sipsak to register
omsip_user and create a contact, but OM's is not registering the user, so
individual that call in are put on hold because Asterisk doesn't think the
moderator is there. omsip_user is marked=yes but is not registering.
