The text embedding section of the machine learning chapter described opennlp-dl as the default provider because it is the one provider in the default distribution. The binary distribution does not include the opennlp-dl or opennlp-dl-gpu jars, and opennlp-tools does not depend on them. The section now states this and tells the reader to add one of those jars to the application to get the onnx provider. Docs only, one paragraph change in machine-learning.xml.
