A new SentenceVectorsDL constructor takes InferenceOptions and adds the CUDA execution provider for a GPU request, like NameFinderDL and DocumentCategorizerDL. The opennlp-dl-gpu tests no longer get the CPU onnxruntime through the opennlp-dl test-jar, and they are skipped on macOS and aarch64, for which onnxruntime_gpu ships no native libraries. The first CUDA request in a fresh JVM (GH-1389) does not fail on 2.x, since every component creates the OrtEnvironment before adding the CUDA provider.
