Fixes #1483. Wrap ONNX Runtime native initialization, including `SessionOptions` construction and `OrtEnvironment` creation, so an `UnsatisfiedLinkError` reports the detected OS/architecture and the CPU/GPU artifact platforms. The failure remains loud; GPU requests do not fall back to CPU. Document the ONNX Runtime 1.31.0 native-platform matrix and CUDA/cuDNN requirements. Validation: - Focused synthetic test `AbstractDLNativeLibraryErrorTest`: 1 passed on Windows/JDK 26; no native inference or model was run. - DocBook HTML manual generation: passed. - Full `mvn clean install` was not run because the repository-wide build downloads OpenNLP test models, outside this task's synthetic-only test boundary. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
