Added new Japanese era Reiwa
Thanks to a post on the forum

it informs us that we probably missed the introduction of the new Japanese
era on May, 1 2019
New era starts when a new emperor is inaugurated as was emperor Naruhito on
May, 1 2019
Added the name of the new era 令和 (Reiwa) after the previous 平成 (Heisei) in
trunk/main/i18npool/source/localedata/data/ja_JP.xml.
Calc should now produce the new era when requested
