Updated two files who missed figures
Updated two files, AOO41WG14-WorkingWithFields.odt and
AOO41WG15-UsingFormsInWriter.odt which missed/malformed two figures.
The first one missed Figure 9 and 11
The second one only contained partial figure (a red square)
Both .odt and .pdf fixed and uploaded
