Interestingly, increasing the window size to cover the whole dataset gave pretty stable results with respect to other parameters. Small not to anybody who want to play with parameters themself: if you want the run the algorithm without the use of running windows, the windows size should be twice as much at the dataset length (not just the length of the dataset).
