new ae5b9d7 Remove `merge_parquet_pr.py` and clean up LICENSE (#484)
ae5b9d7 is described below

commit ae5b9d70a7cb9adf2048947f1b7e5d8fdea8564a
Author: Fokko Driesprong <[email protected]>
AuthorDate: Wed Feb 26 19:05:18 2025 +0100

Remove `merge_parquet_pr.py` and clean up LICENSE (#484)

At Iceberg we've been cleaning up some LICENSES.
Since the `merge_parquet_pr.py` is not used anymore with
the GitHub workflow, I think it would be good to clean
this up from the repository and source release.
