Update jackson-module-scala to 2.22.3.1 (#1960)
* Update jackson-module-scala to 2.22.3.1
* Keep jackson-core and jackson-databind on 2.22.3
Motivation:
jackson-module-scala 2.22.3.1 is a module-only patch release, but the
update changed the shared JacksonVersion, so jackson-core and
jackson-databind 2.22.3.1 (which do not exist) failed to resolve.
Modification:
Add JacksonModuleScalaVersion for jackson-module-scala and restore
JacksonVersion to 2.22.3.
Result:
Dependency resolution succeeds.
