The feature that you added is hidden behind a query option right? Enabling that query option at scale is going to be a challenge for us, and I understand we can't enable it by default since it can lead to different perf profile. From Uber, we'll be adding a flag in the broker response to indicate that the data is truncated at server level. It kind of aligns with the MSE Lite Mode work too, so we'll keep this issue open for now.
