## Description The table create and delete operations include active task validation since #16307 to ensure that all the related minion task data is are also cleaned up during table deletion or no dangling task data interferes with newly created table. In order to avoid affecting the existing usage that may not have ensured task completion before table deletion, this PR skips the active task check by default on `ControllerRequestURLBuilder` unless specified -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
