## Summary This PR refactors the `TableCache` class into an interface and extracts the ZK-based implementation into a new `ZkTableCache` class. The changes improve code organization by separating the contract from the implementation, making it easier to add alternative caching implementations in the future. ## Testing Successfully verified by building, unit, and integration testing.
