## Summary
This PR introduces two new preview endpoints that allow users to see exactly
what TableConfigs would be created or updated without actually performing the
operations:
- `POST /tables/preview`: Preview processed TableConfigs for table creation
- `PUT /tables/{tableName}/preview`: Preview processed TableConfigs for
updates
