**Problem** Currently theres no way to preprocess the segment metadata (for eg: Not possible to inspect and/or mutate the segment metadata present under the segment index directory before server loads the segment.) **Solution** Adds SegmentMetadataPreProcessorRegistry which contains SegmentMetadataPreProcessor to be used for preprocessing before loading segment on server. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
