I would like to take this. Plan: add a dedicated operator how-to in [pinot-contrib/pinot-docs](https://github.com/pinot-contrib/pinot-docs) covering **offline, realtime, and hybrid** table partitioning (`operate-pinot/tuning/configuring-table-partitioning.md`).
