Three test-harness fixes split out of #19664, where they were bundled with the SQL DELETE change: - `ControllerZkHelixUtilsTest` resets `ControllerJobTypes` after each test, so the expiry tests no longer leak the lowered job limits into `RebalanceCheckerTest` when both classes run in one JVM (`testAddUpdateControllerJobsForTable` expected 3 jobs, found 2). - `BaseMultiClusterIntegrationTest` allocates the admin, Netty and gRPC ports after the previously selected port, so two probes can no longer pick the same free port and fail server startup with a bind error. - `GroupByTrimmingTest` reports the query execution statistics when the trimming assertion fails, to help diagnose the intermittent 4-vs-3 group mismatch seen in CI.
