OBJECT codecs can now write into a caller-provided `ByteBuffer`, so Roaring,
UltraLogLog, and primitive lists avoid temporary payload arrays while keeping
one canonical encoding implementation. Existing serializer implementations and
wire bytes stay compatible.
   Usage: call `ObjectSerDeUtils.getSerializedSize(value, typeId)`; for a
nonnegative size, reserve a bounded buffer and call `serialize(value, typeId,
buffer)`. A size of `-1` keeps the existing byte-array path.
Validation: 62 codec tests and 136 dependent StarTree
conversion/literal/UDAF tests passed, along with formatting, license, and
checkstyle checks. A fresh three-source benchmark is running; no CPU speedup is
claimed.
