`UpsertTableIntegrationTest.testUpsertCompactionWithSoftDelete` timed out waiting for the final row count in [this CI job](https://github.com/apache/pinot/actions/runs/38455236409/job/115496151365?pr=19855). Broker query results can reflect committed segments before Helix's external view reports them as `ONLINE`. Since the compaction task generator selects only `ONLINE` segments, scheduling at that point can skip a segment and leave rows behind even after the task completes. Wait for the expected committed segment replicas to be `ONLINE` before scheduling compaction in all three compaction tests. Existing row-count assertions remain unchanged. Validation: - Targeted soft-delete compaction test passed. - All seven `UpsertTableIntegrationTest` methods passed with the CI lane's `-XX:ActiveProcessorCount=2` setting. - `spotless:apply`, `checkstyle:check`, `license:format`, and `license:check` passed for `pinot-integration-tests`. - Reactor compilation passed with compiler warning and deprecation reporting enabled. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
