Rebuild incompatible text/HNSW indexes automatically on Lucene 9.12 using retained forward values, and restart interrupted builds safely. This is the rollback prerequisite for #19894; no config changes are needed. ### Reproduce Load a Lucene 10-generated segment on 9.12: loading currently fails. Recovery rebuilds it, reuses it on later loads, and preserves the original index if source values are missing. ### Validation 171 focused/regression tests; six complete Lucene 10 → 9.12 rollback layouts plus six missing-source cases; affected-module style/license checks and independent review. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
