Prepare the binary license inventory and notices for Apache Pinot 1.6.0 from the STP 0.17 OSS source snapshot, 03e052ff0b96bd285076546e6c61e27a62eb5859. This refreshes the 481 resolved dependency versions, preserves distinct dependency notice contents, adds the JLine 2 BSD license text, and updates the source NOTICE year to 2026. No runtime code changes. Validation: the 84-module Scala 2.12 build passes with tests skipped; root spotless, license formatting, Checkstyle, and license checks pass. License/notice review corrected inherited-license detection, Jersey dual-license classification, and notice deduplication in the generator output. All existing license files are retained.
