Remove 13 disabled native JSON shorthand test methods left behind after #16991 deleted the experimental JsonStatementOptimizer. Remove the nativeJsonColumns provider with its disabled consumers and the already-unused nonNativeJsonColumns provider. The current statement optimizer pipeline has no JSON shorthand rewrite. Active explicit JSON_EXTRACT_SCALAR and JSON_MATCH coverage remains, including all seven encodings and both null-handling modes. Validation was run on the combined test-audit checkout at base `9de9e0115545`; this PR contains only the independent item above, with identical changed files and unchanged production dependencies. - JsonExtractScalarTest (30), JsonMatchQueriesTest (3), JsonExtractScalarTransformFunctionTest (246), and QueryOptimizerTest (6): 285 cases passed. - Affected-module `spotless:apply`, `license:format`, `checkstyle:check`, and `license:check` passed. - Production/test compilation passed with `maven.compiler.showDeprecation=true` and `maven.compiler.showWarnings=true`; no compiler warnings on added lines. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
