Stacked on #19968. Native broker admissions now have an explicit dispatch path: ordinary Pinot requests are bound to the captured OFFLINE routing image, sent over mutually authenticated TLS, and reduced only after every required server returns a complete DataTable and successful RPC completion. Missing coverage, revocation, transport failures and partial reduction cancel the whole attempt. Native responses carry the request ID, and V4 decoding validates allocation-driving lengths before deserialization. The new path bounds fanout, bytes and owned channels, preserves the original deadline, and keeps native reduction on the dispatching thread so timed-out background workers cannot outlive query capacity. The existing reducer API and Helix/ZK defaults are preserved. Native query listeners remain disabled; request-entry/quotas, qualified production clocks and final HTTP output fencing still need integration. Object/map intermediate codecs are explicitly unsupported in this slice. Validation: 40 focused local tests covering real mutual TLS and certificate expiry, decoding bounds, complete reduction and cancellation, broker admission/routing, legacy reduction and normal starter safeguards. Formatting, Checkstyle, license checks and warning-enabled reactor compilation passed; no compiler warnings on added lines. This is infrastructure validation, not a live native-query deployment or full Helix/ZK replacement claim. One starter run returned HTTP 400 instead of the expected 401 for an unauthenticated size request. Both an isolated rerun and the original two-test class passed without a production fix; the cause remains unconfirmed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
