Add Apache Pinot 1.6.0 to the downloads page and set it as the current release. Link the published release notes, including upgrade guidance and SMART mixed-version restrictions, and update the two quickstart image tags. Keep older release entries unchanged. Validation: repository consistency checks, Prettier on the five changed files, and `git diff --check` passed. The full website build will run in CI. Docker image publication is still running; merge after the 1.6.0 image is available.
