PR tests repeat compilation and cluster setup. Reuse compiled classes after the clean install while retaining the Maven `test` lifecycle, rebalance four integration classes, and move `DimensionTableIntegrationTest` and `SegmentWriterUploaderIntegrationTest` into the shared CustomData suite. The changes also batch Kafka fixture production with acknowledged delivery, make finalization and selected failure/metric checks deterministic, and use a bounded TCP probe for Kafka readiness. All Java changes are in test sources. ### Validation - Fresh pre-push checks passed: formatting, Checkstyle, license checks, and warning-enabled compilation of the four affected Java modules; zero warnings on added lines. Shell syntax and diff checks passed. - Fresh checkout run: DimensionTableDataManagerTest 9/9 and CombinePlanNodeTest 6/6 passed. - Recorded SPI/segment-SPI/common runs at matching source hashes: 4,895 invocations (4,889 passed, 6 unchanged skips), retaining all 4,886 originals plus nine additions; zero lost probes or counter decreases within that scope. - Full expanded lane 1B: 1,331 passed (433 default, 870 Custom, 28 Hybrid), retaining all 1,322 mapped original identities/outcomes/multiplicities plus nine additions. All 338 current integration/base source hashes match the validated snapshot. - Independent selector checks preserve the original 167 selected owners exactly once after the two package moves, add two owners, and retain all five named Surefire execution blocks. One historical local expanded-lane observation was 5,708.004s → 3,389.594s (40.6% faster). This single noisy pair does not establish a causal or full-PR CI improvement; the 50% goal is not yet demonstrated. ### Draft / remaining verification The isolated lane coverage comparison still reports **363 lost production probes and 1,321 counter-decrease rows**. Final combined current-head coverage preservation remains open. A preview merge with current `master` also identifies one conflict in `TarCompressionUtilsTest`; updating the pinned benchmark base and resolving that conflict remain pending. Full hosted CI, the remaining unit/integration matrix, and Docker compatibility execution still need verification.
