@gortiz could you re-review? The #19954 worker-assignment regression is fixed: bounded final merges retain one worker with random-server placement, while unbounded keyed window/WITHIN GROUP sorts stay partitioned. Existing tests cover both assignments. Restacked on #19396; all [14 current-head checks](https://github.com/apache/pinot/pull/19711/checks?sha=3f532ff25637f3efe8ad0cfe7dc7c83af2bd9cad) pass on `3f532ff256`.
