Hi everyone,
I ran into the following condition with BYTES-typed columns:
`SELECT * FROM mytable WHERE my_bytes_column = '146' -- '146' is a valid hex
string, but errors out. '0146' works.`
While seems to be a matter of taste, it may be worthwhile to support odd
length hex strings to provide a slightly more intuitive experience.
