Review comment:
I do see some task executor like `RealtimeToOfflineSegmentsTaskExecutor`
that works on realtime segments, although it extends
`BaseMultipleSegmentsConversionExecutor`. I think it's a good practice to
eliminate all these pre-assumptions to make the code clean.
