Review comment:
I noticed that here `shouldIngestRow` is tested against row **before**
`_recordTransformer.transform(row);`, however below when it is not multiple
record, we test against the row **after** the transform:
`IngestionUtils.shouldIngestRow(transformedRow)` . Is this expected or we
should correct that?
