Thanks for reporting the issue. The log analysis here is very valuable! When the server disconnects from the ZK, Helix should try to interrupt all the message execution threads. I believe the interrupt for some threads are not handled properly, which lead the server into some weird state which blocks other messages being handled after it re-connects to the ZK.
