Added a BIG_DECIMAL column to the schema of On_Time_Performance dataset on
the fly in `RealtimeClusterIntegrationTest` (using an ingestion transformation
that cases DOUBLE to BIG_DECIMAL). The test covers also MIN, MAX, and COUNT on
BIG_DECIMAL column.
