For this test, we run Helix's `AutoRebalanceStrategy.computePartitionAssignment()` for completed segments. We pass `node.capacity = targetSize (which we compute from "distFloor"`; however, it looks like there's no guarantee that we will always meet the target size. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
