Review Comment:
changed the name to be more explicit.
It is used in the PR if API fails the user will see a notification plus
added this because I faced this situation a lot of times where I wanted to
notify the user that the API failed hence no data was shown.
It is an add-on utility if you want to handle errors and show some UI use
this instance instead.
