Currently we shut down the admin HTTP server before draining queries and offloading segments from Pinot servers. This will result in liveness check failure, which might cause server to be killed by the container manager. This PR adds a flag to keep the HTTP server open but only allow the liveness check during server shutdown. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
