`/segments/{tableName}/metadata` returns the metadata for all table segments
from server. This misses out on Zookeeper metadata like `downloadUrl`,
`segmentPartitionMetadata` which can be obtained only by hitting this API
`/segments/{tableName}/{segmentName}/metadata` for each segment separately.
