how about add `Map<String, String> getUpsertConfigs()` here and return
_instanceDataManagerConfiguration.subset("upsert") in
HelixInstanceDataManagerConfig.java
so that we can keep those upsert specific configs to be defined inside the
BaseTableUpsertMetadataManager, who should know what upsert specific configs it
needs.
