Did not understand the behaviour change. `flink` is supposed to be a default
prefix as `UploadedRealtimeSegmentName` mandates a prefix, one can use the
batch config to modify the default value and handling of
`UploadedRealtimeSegmentName` in Pinot is agnostic of the prefix keyword.
