Interesting. I think one of me or @jasperjiaguo or @vvivekiyer had an internal JIRA about AND filter optimizations. I don't recall if this is similar. Jia / Vivek - if you remember, can you please chime in with our findings / improvement ideas. One of the things we wanted to do was to skip index all-together where it made sense and resort to scan.
